Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd announced a 19% increase in sales of its electric two-wheelers, with 2,529 units sold in June this year.
The company, known for its ‘Joy e-bike’ brand, had sold 2,125 units in June 2022, according to a regulatory filing.
Yatin Gupte, Chairman & Managing Director of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility, noted the rising interest in electric two-wheelers and anticipated even greater sales during the upcoming festive season.
To meet the growing demand, the company plans to establish new distributor dealerships in various tier II and tier III cities in India in the second quarter.
