EVTRIC Motors launched two electric scooters in the slow speed category – EVTRIC AXIS and EVTRIC RIDE for the young and family customers in India at an ex-showroom price of INR 64,994 and 67,996 respectively.
Manoj Patil, MD and founder, EVTRIC Motors, said – “We have been in the automation space for over a decade. And now we are executing the same in the most ambitious automobile revolution in the history of India. We have begun with the slow-speed e-scooter category. Given the current technology this would be a justified buy for the day-to-day commute of users. These products will fall in line with the customer expectations leaving them with economic travel and smooth experience.”
The e-scooters come with detachable lithium-ion battery options making charging very convenient. The scooters have a loading capacity of 150 kgs, clocking a motor power of 250W. Both the e-scooters take around 3.5 hours for full battery charging, and they cover over 75 km on a single charge, with a top speed of 25km/hr. They have LED headlamps, Robotic welding chassis, side stand sensor, and 12-inch tubeless tyre with 190mm ground clearance for stress-free rides on bumpy roads. Also the user’s experience of an EV is enhanced with the unique reverse park assist function, thus making it a feature-loaded machine.
For customers of EVTRIC, the brand is offering a 2+ years Battery warranty with a range of unique features. The booking shall open online and offline with zero booking amount on EVTRIC company’s website along with select e-tailers including – e-Wheelers, Quickry Cart and ATIYAS mobility Pvt Ltd
EVTRIC AXIS is available in four colours: Mercury white, Persian red, Lemon yellow, and Emperor grey, to go with the spirit of the youth. EVTRIC RIDE designed keeping in mind the needs of Indian families allows more seating space, and is available in various colours: Deep Cerulean Blue, Persian Red, Sliver, Nobel Grey, Mercury White.
